Apparatus Service Department |
The How and Why of the BEST apparatus service in Western New York
We are capable Our Apparatus Service Team has been with Churchville for a combined 60+years.Not only are they experienced; they are also well trained. We spare no expense to ensure they have completed all available Pierce and component manufacturer training that is available to us. Simultaneously, they follow the ASE/EVT Program and attend Hale & Waterous schools as needed. Our seasoned and professional crew is supported by the management and marketing efforts of an energetic Service Manager as well as a customer focused, expedient Parts Manager. The service capabilities we bring to Western New York are second to none.
We are reliable Every individual on our FireFleetTM Service Team understands the demands placed on fire fighting equipment and knows that a truck out of service is an emergency. With two service vehicles ready to roll, we can respond to any emergency breakdown in our Pierce Territory in a matter of two hours or less. Our customers can reach us 24/7/365 by calling our office. After hours, our system will direct you to an answering service where you can speak with a live operator and your emergency becomes our emergency.
We are efficient. A Well trained staff and a quick response to emergencies is efficient, but our efficiency doesn’t stop there. We have built sophisticated internal systems for parts ordering, communications, inventory control and billing. We continually raise the bar and willingly make investments in technology that have benefits for Churchville and our customers. In seconds, we can look up and provide information on 150 different fields of information on our new Pierce deliveries and we’re building a similar data base on non-Pierce trucks too. Does it get more efficient than that?
